Purpose of Meeting: The single issue will be resolution of the current conflict in interpretation of our bylaws in advancing a slate of individuals to the Board of Visitors for their consideration of next year’s Faculty Representative.

Discussion on Election Results for Faculty Representative to the Board of Visitors

Susan Kirk shared her interpretation of the results of the election:
Jennings: Winner
Bell: 40
Lambert: 22
Gordon: 6
Singerman: 13
Susan shared the following proposal: Because of the confusion in tabulating the results, all candidates with their vote tallies will be forwarded to the BOV for consideration in the order that it is agreed they should be ranked.
This proposal did not move forward as a motion.
